These expenses are paid out of the small monthly association fee that each resident that resides in The Gardens Community pays..

The Gardens has home sites from 5,000 square feet, all the way up to 12,000 square feet; all with Aquila Gas, city sewer, water and electric provided to the site. 

The Gardens Community is adjacent to a City Neighborhood Park and City Bike path.  The park has a big-toy for your kids to play on as well.  The private paved and lighted streets are well maintained year-round.  The community clubhouse is available for private parties and the enjoyment of all Gardens Residents..  Courteous property management, protective covenants, convenient location and friendly neighbors make The Gardens the right place to call home. 

The Gardens Common Interest Community with association fees set at $50 per month to cover taking care of the common area's of this private community, gives home owners in The Gardens many benefits. Each lot owner will be part of the common interest association and will be give 1 voting right when it comes to voting on community things, as well as you will be a 1 129th share of interest in the common interest area's in the community.

The Gardens Home Owners Association meets the 1st tuesday of each month, we have supper paid for by the home owners association and then we have a short meeting to discuss any old and new business for the month.
